His experience includes investor-state disputes, breach of contract claims, UCC issues, IP and trademark issues, insurance and indemnification claims, enforcement of noncompete and nondisclosure agreements, unfair competition claims, class action defense, and claims involving consumer protection laws. Jared began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Allison H. Eid at the Colorado Supreme Court. He left Colorado to join the litigation group of an international law firm headquartered in Washington, DC, where he ultimately made partner. Subsequently, he co-founded a litigation boutique representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation. He joined Berliner Corcoran & Rowe in 2022.
